  • Is British Justice All at Sea Without a Paddle?

    2025-08-19

Martin Geddes has been busy trying to establish by what authority justice is delivered in the lower Courts of the Kingdom.

So far, it hasn't been looking good.

Now he is broadening his enquiry to determine if any Courts of the Land or Sea remain that are still legally constituted?

(Will he all too soon be asking if we are still a Kingdom at all, or simply a fiefdom of corporate racketeers ..? Are the omens propitious?)

"For balance, let’s acknowledge there are two sides to this story... "

But perhaps I'm getting ahead of the state of play ...

None of this is verifiable for obvious reasons, but there is a convincing logic to its assertions... especially now that the need is for unity (compliance?) for the Commission's Ukraine support policies.

    2025-08-18

Godfrey Bloom draws attention to our traitorous Europhile Blob who some believe are busy signing us up, "despite Brexit". To what?

To everything EU Defence Union... just for a change.

Ready Just in time to take on Russia.

They will probably deny it, on the grounds that they did that already, and this is merely a formalisation of the existing situation, so there is nothing to worry about.

    Honestly, would that surprise us?

It's good to know that the Israelis are not totally behind their leadership, but have their own human rights site to document what is happening in "the occupied territories".

Their determination is that it is genocide.

  • UK Democratic Decision-making is Trashed

    2025-08-17

Perhaps it always has been, we just didn't notice it when Central Override didn't particularly affect us.

We do now. We will in spades when they have driven our farmers off the land in favour of who knows which corporate behemoths - we cannot eat AI, whether carbon-neutral or not.

Would we rather have food locally grown, or solar farms on repurposed farmland that require us to import our food from wherever it might be available? Will that emit more or less CO2 than emitted by shipping our food from around the world?

There are no answers forthcoming because the question itself is irrelevant. There is still no science that supports the "CO2 drives global warming" proposition, and every global crisis that has been projected over the last 50 years (Arctic ice gone, polar bears gone, New York seaboard under water, etc) has failed to

  • Trial By Trump-Putin Great Powers Meeting in Alaska

    2025-08-16

If you are a European Leader who hasn't been invited to the Meeting of theGreat Powers that took place yesterday on possibly the furthest possible point geographically from Europe, then to sound relevant you will have to invent stuff.

But they are Leaders, so they don't stop at having to invent stuff in the name of leadership, even if that obviously doesn't qualify as "true" leadership - such petty distinctions can always be fudged by (in)appropriate word-forms...

    Eugyppius provides today's entertainment.

But if you want something more substantial, you're welcome to skip it.

  • Trial by Jury - Essential Safeguard or Ancient Relic?

    2025-08-16

    Essential Safeguard or Ancient Relic?

    Or both?

Our justice system is doubtless said to be "safe and effective" by the authorities - but like other government-offered products so described, perhaps we should ask: safe for whom and effective for what?

Neil Oliver notes how this safeguard has been steadily eroded over the years to the point where it is now no longer in many instances available - it has allegedly become too costly, to time-consuming, too much of a burden for our judiciary to cope with.

But what exactly is the point of our judiciary?

  • Is Epstein More than a mere Agent of the Mossad Control System?

    2025-08-14

Courtenay's Substack suggests that Epstein, far from operating as a mere entrapment service to ensnare the rich famous and powerful to the service of some supposed secret society, was actually actively involved in shaping the trans-humanist future for the survivors of our current times.

If Game A was the top-down model where Peak AI controls a hierarchical pyramid (albeit a much flatter pyramid than hitherto envisaged) built upon the controlled slaves within the city slave-quarters, then maybe to challenge that concept we need a Game B built upon a bottom-up control model where the power resides in slaves and is collected and consolidate into the global decision-making by the AI.

Or something like that - I haven't had the chance to study the detail, but you can read it for yourself if you are so minded.

I have to say that it's a quite

  • The Antidote to Counterfeit Courts

    2025-08-14

Yes, more from Martin Geddes, who (rightly) suspects that we could all do with a (relatively) simple primer to help us navigate our "mismanaged" justice system.

"I’ve boiled that work down into a shorter, reusable list for anyone else facing the same fraud and injustice"

    Good luck!

  • The Judge Who Hugged

    2025-08-14

Martin Geddes reports on a case brought by Northumbrian Water for non-payment of a water bill.

This case may go some way to illustrate the difference between the law of the sea, the law of the land, and the law of nature.

Many are familiar with the concept of the "legal fiction" based upon the birth certificate, but do not appreciate where the differentiation can be drawn. After all, it's meant to be obscure!

This case however shows one avenue by which the line can be drawn - the living man (or woman in this case) is not liable for the debts of the legal fiction unless he/she has consented to be so liable, for example by signing a form addressed to the legal fiction (or to the living man or woman him/herself?).

Whilst a positive sign and much appreciated, I wouldn't bet on utility companies
