  • Tom Renz - "GMO Food ... WILL ... Alter your Genetic Code"

    2023-04-01

House testimony in the state of Missouri is yielding admissions that may not make it into mainstream media.

"Redfield has admitted that, not only was SARS-COV-2 created in a lab using gain of Function research but also that this research is going on and WILL be the cause of the next great pandemic"

"The biotech lobbyists admitted that GMO food like the type Bill Gates wants to manufacture in factories WILL actually alter your genetic code!"

"Naturally, big Pharma and their associates oppose disclosure and informed consent"

"They actually opposed the bill on the basis that this law would require them to admit that all of their GMO products ARE in fact impacting people’s genetic code"

"If a GMO food is being designed with the intent to modify or knowledge that it will facilitate a

  • The Law of the Land from First Principles

    2023-03-30

There are days when I think I might as well give up this site and just direct everyone to Richard Vobes' YouTube channel, but he does interview such excellent people that I can't just pass over what he does simply because he's taking my site over! Maybe in due course I may get the opportunity to walk away, but that time is not quite here yet.

Here he is talking to Marc Horn from Peace Keepers, and his discussion on the basic origins of the Coronation Oath, our constitution, the Bill of Rights, principles of equity, the common law, and Parliamentary legislation makes a great deal of sense to me. We really do need to choose our authorities carefully and understand the basic constructs, from first principles. The principles may be quite simple, but because they are unfamiliar, and some seem to prefer to misrepresent them, reorienting our understanding requires some re-working of our assumptions, both explicit and implicit.

Injured by the Vax? You Can Still Sue

    2023-03-25

Yes, "our" government has of course given the pharmaceutical companies indemnity from prosecution (how is that in our interests? I only ask because I would like to know) but that doesn't necessarily preclude those injured from suing for additional losses over and above the standard one-size-fits-all government-stipulated limit of £120K.

The Daily Sceptic reminds us of this point, and notes that victims of the Astrazeneca jab are indeed mounting legal action against the pharmaceutical company for damages above that limit.

"Lawyers representing the group, who are pursuing personal injury compensation in addition to a Vaccine Damage Payments Scheme claim, argue that the AstraZeneca vaccine was 'not as safe as the public were entitled to expect' and that the case is not about finding fault 'but about the reasonable expectation of safety'. They claim people were provided with a false picture of safety and efficacy and expect the number joining the lawsuit to increase."

  • Old Bill Favours Wokery Over Law?

    2023-03-24

The Free Speech Union reports on the state of British policing, with specific reference to police training, today.

"... the FSU’s latest research briefing has revealed that a majority of police forces conduct next to no training on freedom of speech while a disproportionate amount of police time is spent on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) training"

"Thirty-two forces answered a question asking for details of the training carried out in relation to EDI"

"... a further four stated that EDI was so highly integrated into every aspect of their training that it would exceed the cost limit of the Freedom of Information Act to extract the necessary information. Fourteen forces described EDI training as a “golden thread” running through every part of their training or reported that EDI was integral to standard training"

  • A Discourse on Living Within the Mafia State

    2023-03-18

Martin Geddes reviews the state of life in Britain under the depredations of the unconstitutional state officials, that further their ambitions by controlling our perceptions rather than by implementing our constitutional rights.

"the craven adherence to rules over conscience is how evil spreads and scales"

"So far no council has been able to prove a lawful obligation to pay; they cannot, since it is debt slavery"

"... in practise we have been ensnared and enslaved via legalese and administrative law, which treats us as commercial vessels rather than living and breathing creatures"

"This was done on health and safety grounds, with zero evidence being offered, despite the law demanding evidence in order to prevent exactly this kind of arbitrary exercise of power"

  • Brexit On Course for Reversal?

    2023-03-18

We made a brief comment previously on the Sunak Northern Ireland Protocol agreement (the "WIndsor" agreement) but now we have a rather ore complete assessment of what it means, courtesy of Global Britain. No, it isn't good news for our future independence, but is that what you were expecting?

"There was a break in Johnson’s deal, imperfect as that was. We had the legal right to rip it up. Now Sunak’s deal cannot easily be broken as the EU authority over Northern Ireland and critically the sole authority of its Court of Justice will be embedded in international law"

So one of the major safeguards for our independence has been cut away, leaving the way open for as much future harassment as the EU sees fit to

  • "Euthanasia Violates Fundamental Rights"

    2023-03-15

No ifs, no buts, according to the ECLJ.

"This principle was reaffirmed in the aftermath of World War II, after doctors were convicted at Nuremberg for euthanizing disabled people. This principle does not provide for any exceptions to euthanasia"

"The decriminalization of euthanasia is not only a systematic violation of human rights, but also an extremely serious cultural and legal regression"

They point out the European Convention on Human Rights (Article 2): "No one shall be deprived of his life intentionally".

The ECLJ is mounting a campaign to  remind the UN of its responsibility to support the right to life, especially for the vulnerable, the elderly, and/or the disabled.

"BREAKING NEWS: Emergency injunction and tribunal order was served to WHO and all Criminal Defendants listed below to immediately cease and desist a criminal conspiracy to commit war crimes, genocide, crimes against humanity and to arrest and incarcerate these criminal defendants"

(The International Tribunal is separate from the International Criminal Court, which despite representations has so far, to my knowledge, failed to act).

The list of alleged criminal defendants is long global and inclusive, and the initiative seems to result from action taken by Pascal Najadi in Switzerland.

  • Pandemic of Lies, Fear, and Manipulation

    2023-03-09

In the light of the Hancock WhatsApps, Mark Sexton is once again demanding that our Police take action on the Covid Crimes - investigate and prosecute as necessary.

The bland suggestion that there is no evidence of crime cannot be accepted.

"We are calling for Sir Mark Rowley commissioner of the Metropolitan police to reopen and fully investigate crime number 6029679/21 - the biggest crime perpetrated against the British people. We will not be ignored or silenced until the police do the job we pay them to do"

    Quite so.

To jog Sir Mark's memory, lest he also be infected with the prevailing institutional amnesia on this topic, this is the crime number in question:

  • Are We Heading Into a Constitutional Crisis?

    2023-02-25

We've been seeing a lot of Richard Vobes recently, but that's because he's exploring topics of which we really should be aware.

Here he is with constitutional experts William Keyte (again) and Justin Walker (Hardwick Alliance) (again) to talk about the Coronation Oath, which, together with Magna Carta 1215 and Common Law, form the bedrock of our constitutional system of law.

What Oath will King Charles swear on his coronation, and how will it sit in relation to the Oaths of previous monarchs? How will this affect his duties as monarch and his relationship with Parliament? Will it even be made public?

Or will it open the door wide to effective (if unlawful) Parliamentary tyranny?

Why is this important (indeed vital for the future of our nation), and what about his relationship with the WEF?

It turns out that there is a lot to unpack here, some of which perhaps isn't

  • A Cautionary Tale of Convoluted Connections

    2023-02-25

Winter isn't over yet, but it is starting afresh for Andrew Stephenson.

As I have no firsthand knowledge of the case I will leave it to Martin Geddes (no, I'm not part of his team, but he does write excellent material so I find it hard not to feature his work) to explain.

Suffice it to say that it demonstrates the way in which corporate powers have seemingly tuned their use of obfuscation and complexity to turn the idea of a fair trial on its head.

Thus effectively weaponising the judicial system against the individual.

Martin doesn't specify the type of court involved here, merely stating that it was a civil case.

  • Slavery is Optional - TV Licensing Plot Thickens

    2023-01-28

As tragic events continue to unfold globally, NATO (still!) pushes WW3 via the Ukraine, and the UK political parties (still!) plumb ever greater depths of incoherence, it remains appropriate to remind ourselves of matters spiritual.

For those of you who have not yet sussed our Rolling submenu (craftily hidden beneath the Latest main menu item!) I would direct you towards Martin Geddes, who is very generously chronicling his own journey towards the spiritual so that we too may benefit from his experiences.

I think you may agree that it is no mean thing to open up your personal journey to public inspection as Martin has done - and continues to do - and I salute him for it.

What has TV licensing to do with matters spiritual? Maybe it's symptomatic of the basic need to distinguish right from wrong, fraud from honest endeavour, and generosity

  • Undead WHO "Pandemic" Treaty Incoming?

    2023-02-22

Where America leads, the UK follows.

This treaty has been subject to much (conflicting) reporting of late, but this is the latest.

The WHO Director-General (currently Tedros) can unilaterally declare a pandemic.

Member states of the WHO would then be obliged by treaty to implement all measures dictated by the WHO.

We have reported on this case previously - very previously - but we perhaps didn't expect such a protracted delay in taking this forward.

    Perhaps we should have.

Anyway, we do finally have an update, even if it follows a similar fate to Mark Sexton's submission to the Metropolitan Police.

Of course that is not the end of the matter - an appeal is now in train. Mark Sexton's submissions never even got before a judge, so this does represent progress, of a sort.

The judicial system itself is now in the dock of public opinion.

  • Ukraine - The Untold Story?

    2023-02-14

The Western media companies like to portray Russia as the aggressor in the Ukraine - but is that so?

As ever, the true situation seems to be more complicated, or perhaps less reported.

Mike Whitney writing for Global Research paints a different picture that certainly adds additional nuance to the situation, or even overturns the western narrative completely:

"... has anyone in the western media reported on the fact that Putin invoked UN Article 51 before he launched the Special Military Operation?"

"No, they haven’t, because to do so, would be an admission that Putin’s military operation complies with international law"

  • Why Was the Army Deployed Against British Citizens?

    2023-02-12

77th Brigade - Oh what a tangled web the government has woven.

"Countering Covid misinformation" was evidently a pastime endemic across media, social media, and government, none of which seems to have had a robust lawful basis in the traditional British sense of supporting our freedom of speech; nevertheless the government seems to have deemed that none of that was enough to suppress contrary opinions so they would have to utilise the army - despite that being explicitly a forbidden tactic absent the consent of Parliament.

Nevertheless questions were it seems asked in Parliament - so if Parliament was aware and yet did nothing, does that constitute implied consent?

Perhaps nobody knew what the appropriate constitutional provisions were and how a correct challenge should be made? Or were they all too busy working from home?

As previously reported, The Court of Appeal was to hear the case for a judicial review of the Govenment's bland but allegedly baseless assurances that the 5G roll-out poses no threats to human health on 6/7th February.

That hearing did take place and an account of the hearing by the barrister for the claimants has been published, outlining the submissions to the Court.

"On 6 and 7 February 2023 the Administrative Court heard the judicial review of the Secretary of State’s alleged failure to address the evidence of risks to human health posed by 5G technology"
