Promethean Action review the direction being taken in the United States to wrest themselves away from the Empire and turn their country toward the benefit of the American people.

They are way ahead of us, but Britain must also think differently to invent a new future direction for the British if we are to take advantage of the measures that Rupert Lowe will implement. Those are merely the prerequisite measures, necessary to enable us to make a prosperous independent future for ourselves within a radically changed world.

This is primarily Restore Britain, the nation State. Not restore a better composition to the House of Commons. Not restore a Civil Service that works. Not Restore a Judiciary that is more just. Not tinker some more with our Constitution. Not restore a better police force etc etc.

Restore Britain as a confident, working, prosperous and independent nation, part of the world community of nations.

One might be forgiven for asking a number of pertinent questions about this civil lawsuit, such as why it's a civil suit and not a criminal prosecution?

Perhaps the clue is in here somewhere:

Still, it's a step forward rather than backward, and as the burden of proof is a little lower in a civil court it may have more chance of success?

Yes, this is British Party Politics.

It's quite possibly as close to the truth of the matter as anyone is likely to get, in terms of being an impartial analysis by somebody who isn't likely to be a front-runner in the next general election.

I can't speculate on whether he's accurate or not, but he's certainly done his homework.

I'm not expressing support for any Political Party here, just being practical, so as always, make of all this what you will.

From my point of view, it's no way to elect a government - but it's what we currently must work with, all other things being equal.

Of course  "Events dear boy, events" may intervene. Predictions are always difficult to get right, especially when they concern the future

Martin Geddes has made a name for himself by analysing the ways in which the official legal process can go awry, somehow often to a plaintiff's detriment.

"All are equal before the law, but some are more equal than others" as Squealer might have noted in Animal farm had he had to go to Court for a Court Order before despatching old faithful Boxer to the knacker's yard for the tender retirement care of the "Liverplod Care Pathway"...

Complete with an appropriately quaint and perhaps unfamiliar relic of English law upon which the case should perhaps have been judged, this case is of interest because it pitched an individual citizen against a large corporate entity. The Law of course should favour neither but judge the case on its merits, according to law statute and legal precedent.
