Martin Geddes' quest to get to the bottom of his strange "prosecution" for parking his van in darkest Cumbria has elicited a remarkable response from the person in charge of "Legal and Professional Services, Central Legal Operations", at "HM Courts and Tribunal Service".

You just have to read this, otherwise you wouldn't believe that a senior Barrister in high position would be capable of such a legally inadequate reply.

But in mitigation, perhaps the said respondent hasn't caught up with the AI revolution yet? I suspect that running the FOIA through an appropriate AI would have prompted a rather different response...

UNN campaigner David Clews (AKA "the Emperor") has concluded that since Reform is (currently) the only game in political party town, then we should all join and support it as a possible vehicle for effecting the change to UK governance that is so obviously required.

As I have stated many times, this site does not do party politics. The reason that we don't is that party politics is fundamentally a charade to entertain and delude the masses, and to offer hope that a new party might make a breakthrough. It won't, at least not unless the hidden powers that control the parliamentary parties (and much else besides) have somehow been taken down without us noticing, and if it does it will be taken down or taken over, probably from within.

Whilst is is true that many examples of egregious expenditures have been identified such as USAID, and quite possibly eliminated, it appears (according to Whitney) that USAID has just been repackaged under the State Department of Marco Rubio.

Perhaps, as ever, the truth is elusive...

Investor's Daily (previously Fortune and Freedom) isn't your standard financial rag - it has articles which relate to real life - after all, isn't economics just a particular aspect of real life? And if we cannot understand real life, then how can we understand the economics?

So today they bring us a thought to make us think, to put the ball in our court, to make us react. And in the nicest possible way, I think they are right.

We all need to get proactive rather than reactive.

Interest of Justice went to court in Costa Rica to challenge the Costa Rica health authorities' disregard of the Nuremberg Codes in their handling of the Covid "pandemic".

We now have an interim update from the Costa Rica Supreme Court, that is not amused by the fact the the WHO has not complied with the timeline set by the Court for production of requested data, potentially placing the Costa Rica Immunization Coordinator in Contempt of  Court.

Rarely can Ben have written such a comprehensive report covering the (allegedly) real power struggles that never appear in the mainstream media.

Triggering this latest event is the announcement of the death of Pope Francis, which leaves world control in limbo pending negotiations between those factions who really would rule the post-Francis world. Factions that have deep roots in history, and take care to remain out of the limelight - if you see them mentioned in mainstream media then you know something very serious indeed is afoot.

And of course there is Trump, wielding enormous influence from centre stage USA, and notifying the others that he is a factor in these negotiations. Still, the golden rule seems to be that he who has the gold makes the rules, and it was reported that he relocated vast quantities of gold from beneath the Vatican some years ago. That doesn't put him in a position to run the club, but it maybe secures his place at the negotiations...

It's all down to achieving the correct mindset, one that enables logical thought and analysis regardless of human emotion, location, time or space.

Of course no mindset can last for ever - the inner human gets hungry, the lights eventually go out, and the parking lot beckons, but while it lasts it is all-consuming attention to detail.

What do we think of QUANGOs?

No really, what do we think?

Are they an undesirable unaccountable but essentially just a peripheral part of our machinery of government that we don't really understand much about, but we suppose don't do too much damage?

Or are they a terminal cancer on the body politic that is sucking the lifeblood out of our economy?

Given the recent revelations by DOGE from across the pond, should we be worried that the UK has exactly the same problem, a problem that may amount to authorised looting by corporate crime with the tacit or even perhaps open connivance of the government / civil service?

The "Holy Father" 's funeral arrangements come in for some analysis, as do some of the lack-of-power figures that still inhabit the EU and UK, still seemingly hopeful to recapture "past glories". Would you bet on it?

By coincidence (divine timing?) Fall of the Cabal release their latest video exposing the history of the Roman Catholic Vatican. Is today's Vatican fundamentally different, even if  they have stopped overtly burning heretics to death in the town square (for which we are grateful)?

With a world in flux anything could and may well happen; although the threat of war with Iran seems to be subsiding, the threat of war between India and Pakistan seems to be growing.

So a fast-paced scenario emerges where the absence of Pope Francis creates opportunities, which will no doubt unfurl in due course.
