React19 was set up to analyse and report on the content of the V-Safe reports which were obtained by the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) by freedom of information request.
A Federal judge had to order the CDC to release the free-text responses in response to an ICAN lawsuit.
I think one might reasonably ask why the CDC set the system up if it never analysed nor reacted to any of the reports so obtained, nor published the results.
