Back in May we reported on the Interest of Justice suing the FDA et al for answers relevant to the roll-out of the Covid so-called "vaccines". Legally required steps were not taken. Allegedly.

The FDA hasn't bothered to respond within the legally required time limit.
Well, if the government set the time limit then maybe it's entitled to ignore it, because who could call them to account? Will it help if a Court would simply set a new time limit? That game could go on and on ... Or maybe impose a fine? Could the government pay a fine to itself and carry on ignoring the matter?
Or can the delinquent responsible personnel be sued for dereliction of duty and locked up? That might set a precedent.
Nor has the FDA responded to a petition from CHD to pull the Pfizer and Moderna Covid "vaccines".

Still, if whatever you respond you are admitting a problem, then you are up the creek without a paddle and maybe your only option is to stonewall long enough until the whole nasty question disappears into the mists of antiquity ...
