Yes, Tony Blair gets a mention, and of course "Human Rights". In fact, name any prominent left-wing politician of today or yesteryear and he's likely to be connected to the Fabian Society.

If you're on the "Left" but not a Fabian today, then maybe you need to take stock ... as you may be a revolutionary Marxist (Fabians like their march to power to be slow and incremental, Marxists like it fast and furious).

I'm somehow not convinced that this video is going to come out in their favour, but if the above observation is correct, it could go some way to explain the inadequate quality of left-wing MPs, of which the current parliament has a serious over-abundance. That's not to imply of course that those MPs not of the "left" are any better, just that they don't feature in this video's subject-matter.

But ... why would they want those "not very able" people in "public life"?
