Yes, it's conspiracy theory time again, but where else to turn when nothing makes sense any more?
We introduced Penny Kelly a year ago, and she's definitely "way out there" on the scale of normal to very (unbelievably?) intuitive - yet somehow also very grounded in her thinking and attitude to life. We just have to accept her as she is.
