Yanis Varoufakis, that rare human who espouses socialism for the benefit of the masses, writer of excellent economics books, who cut his teeth on the "bail-out" of Greece (and its bankers, not necessarily in that order) in an EU crisis, now speculates on how the world may navigate from monopoly capitalism towards his new socialism.
We need someone to have some ideas about this, and I can't think of anybody better.
