Many of the articles published on this site are based on a conventional view of our world, a view which regards it largely as a material world in isolation.
But there are many ancient sites and megalithic remains that do not fit at all comfortably within the narratives that are put out by academia.
In particular, the origins of modern man as a species remain elusive, which has led to a number of hoaxes, including for example, "Piltdown man", not to mention wacky ideas that the Gods of Old (Rome, Egypt, Greece etc) may have been of extraterrestrial origin ... and perhaps they may have been.
This may be a good time to review our "Down the Rabbit Hole" series of articles (hint: start at 1) that venture into unconventional terrain, not because we know any particular theory to be true, but because if such a theory may be true then the consequences may be so great that a little forewarning would be handy!
So whilst the first part of this article "The Origin of Mankind" is more or less uncontroversial, the second part delves into the ascension of our planet into the "5th dimension", a concept that remains elusive to many (inclusive of myself!) but is associated with our current astrological / astronomical transit into the Age of Aquarius, where those whose mind body and soul are ready will have the opportunity to make the ascension from 3D to 5D.
Much has been written on this topic by The final Wake Up Call, and elsewhere, and more is promised, but wider reading is also recommended, for those interested.
This site is also very popular, but you will need to be selective about what works for you - life is too short - but I doubt that any one site has the full story.
And let's not forget the UK's own Glastonbury Symposium, which meets annually at the end of July and does it's share to bring us off-beat topics of similar nature.
We don't have to believe everything we read, but perhaps it is useful to work our way into a topic area that maybe does promise to infiltrate our lives soon enough. But a pertinent warning- an inquisitive attitude prepared and open to consider some very unfamiliar notions is a prerequisite:
"But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven" - Matthew 19:14 KJV
