The Donald has a fight on his hands.
His oft repeated desire to close down the federal Department of Education, that same department presumably that is responsible for brainwashing American kids in all matter "woke", especially gender dysphoria and transgender.
Many believe that the same has been happening in the UK. and are not happy about it, and believe that what happens in the US may set the template for what ultimately happens here. This is therefore not a uniquely American problem.

So far has the "modern state" been subverted away from the constitutional intention.

It may be that Il Donaldo is going to have to take this through the courts, and inevitably all the way to the Supreme Court.
But to the Supreme Court of what exactly?
