Complete with an appropriately quaint and perhaps unfamiliar relic of English law upon which the case should perhaps have been judged, this case is of interest because it pitched an individual citizen against a large corporate entity. The Law of course should favour neither but judge the case on its merits, according to law statute and legal precedent.
