Hot news of the day is the Trump federalization of Washington DC.

WDC is/was not a State of the Union, it was a law unto itself (along with the City of London and the Vatican).

The Federal Reserve (not a reserve and not federal, but a privately owned banking cartel that ruled over the Federal Reserve Note (AKA the Dollar) much as the Bank of England (also a privately owned Bank) administers monetary matters in (but not necessarily for) the UK.

The observant will have noticed that Trump has been showing active interest in the management of the Federal Reserve recently, and one may reasonably speculate that the Fed's days as an independent banking cartel are about as numbered as the independence of Washington DC (AKA UNITED STATES OF AMERICA INC).

The legal and monetary implications are by no means trivial, affecting also the House of Representatives and the Senate. The federalization, and deployment of the National Guard troops is likely a first step toward something much bigger ... perhaps even the resurrection of the original Republic (which some believe is already a done deal)?

And he's doing it in a style that no previous president dared to present.
