I suggest that those new to this site might like to read my other 'Down the Rabbit Hole' titles (use top left Search box), in particular Down the Rabbit Hole - 1 2 3 and 4 before continuing - it''s perhaps not so not necessary as it used to be, but does set the scene.
That said, perhaps it's something to do with the day of the month, but I'm featuring here what many might think is a fantasy video, a (beautifully prepared!) slice of wishful hokum with no bearing on the "real world".
But never mind the messenger and the fanciful presentation, listen to the message, a message so spot-on as to seem precisely tailored to slot straight in today. For me, it very obviously does exactly that.

A splendid visual review in 3 parts of some of the high points of our constitutional development, up to around the interwar years (and inevitably omitting much else besides).
I look forward to parts 4 onward in due course (!) with enthusiasm, as I feel certain that we cannot ignore our excursion into the EU (and eventually kind-of out of it again), not to mention the pivotal role that we played in world affairs in 20th/21st centuries, nor I suspect can we ignore the implosion of the USA and the resulting fall-out across the globe.
