This is an asked-slightly-tongue-in-cheek:question, but it opens up a fascinating box of quantum grammar and legal intricacy that probably escapes us all.

We have mentioned the quantum:grammar before.

I mention that because if you haven't read that yet, what follows will be utterly incomprehensible.

Big Brother Watch reminds us that the same Government that is denying reality by continuing to roll-out an experimental gene-editing therapy to our children (despite strong evidence suggestive of a link between the roll-out and increased deaths in that age group) is still obsessed by the need to make the internet safe from "legal but harmful" content.

The Covid-19 Assembly's legal challenge to the temporary (ie: emergency) authorisation of Covid-19 vaccines for children has been blessed with an update:

"Delay in this update has been the desire to give a date for the next hearing (of the renewed application for permission to go to a full trial of the claim)"

Since the Metropolitan Police decided that Mark Sexton's submission of evidence to the Hammersmith police did not provide evidence for a prosecution, we have all been waiting for an update on the private prosecution undertaken by Michael O'Bernicia.

It seems that his case has been subject to unforeseen delays in getting his barrister's legal opinion signed off for submission to the court, but the case before the assigned judge remains in progress.

As ever with cases of such complexity there were loose ends which prevented this legal opinion from being ready in time for consideration by the Met before they dismissed the Mark Sexton application, so I assume that any possibility of the two cases being muddled together may have been avoided.

This long-running (since 1st June 2020) saga has been kicked out by the Court of Appeal. To my understanding it has never had a formal oral hearing.

"thanks to the government keeping us out of the courts, it is the end of the road for this particular action but the good news is that we are not giving up and we are already working on our next legal action against this corrupt tyrannical government"
