Dr Fuellmich's Covid Grand Jury has now closed its presentations of the evidence.

This is a Grand Jury.

The purpose is not to return a verdict of guilty or innocent, but to put the prima facie evidence before a jury, whose task is then to determine whether or not indictments should be raised for the prosecution of the accused.

Who is on the jury? We are.

Let us take our responsibility seriously:

to judge the case on the basis of the evidence presented
to bear in mind that there is no evidence presented in defence of the accused because this is not a trial
to answer the question - does the evidence warrant the holding of trials to prosecute the accused?
to ensure that justice is both done and seen to be done

There are some complex issues here, but fundamentally the primary issue is simple - was the Covid pandemic a genuine disease that would kill a large portion of the population, or was it something else?

If you don't have time to review all the detailed presentations, please at least review the complete presentations for days 7 and 8, plus as many of the others as you feel necessary.

We should take our time to satisfy ourselves that we base our understanding on the case as made in the various sessions, setting aside any preconceptions that we may have.

This is probably the greatest issue of our times, it is up to us to judge it carefully and honestly.

The New Normal Dictatorship

I exaggerate only slightly - this article is actually entitled "The UK New Normal Dictatorship" but in truth there is nothing UK-specific here.

"This makes it difficult for some people to recognise the nature of the totalitarianism that is being stamped upon our societies. This is a technocracy, more akin to the neocolonialism of a mega-corporation than history's previous autocratic military regimes"

It has actually been about the corporations for a long time, as the British and Dutch East India Companies attest.

"The G3P is a web of multinational corporations, tax-exempt foundations (philanthropists), private investors, think tanks, governments, non-governmental organisations, civil society groups and alleged charities"

It is now so complex (not to mention ever-evolving and mutating) that almost nobody has sufficient time to analyse it, let alone curb its activity.

"Governments don’t form policy, they simply impose it"

Quite so.

Nevertheless:

"The only form of rights that actually exist are inalienable (or unalienable) rights. They are ours from birth and have nothing whatsoever to do with government. Government can respect or ignore them, and we can judge government accordingly"

We can judge governments accordingly. The time fast approaches when we may have to.

But it isn't just governments that must be held to account at the ballot-box. The individuals from all sectors of the G3P who have transgressed common law must be held to account also.
