It's obviously for our safety - well, maybe not for most of us just yet, but for our children, at least whilst they are in school, but we have to start somewhere.

With so many migrants of unknown provenance being unavoidably housed within society, the dangers are obvious and our government is leaving no stone unturned to ensure that our schoolchildren remain safe at school - who could possibly object to that?

It is true that kids previously used to unfettered ingress and egress may begin to feel a certain loss of freedom, perhaps even a tinge of claustrophobia, but no doubt they will soon get used to it. After all, the world is becoming an increasingly scary place and staying safe at all times by complying with the mandated safety restrictions is now an essential attitude to inculcate ... but concerned parents will be reassured to know that there are even more measures being taken to ensure that every contingency has been anticipated.

No doubt school today will become a far different experience to that which I along with my carefree contemporaries enjoyed in the good old bad old days when anybody could come wandering about the place; it's clearly a miracle that we managed to survive unscathed, in happy ignorance of the terrible risks that we were running.

But there's no stopping the relentless march of progress, and no doubt the kids of today will feel completely at home in the wonderful new 15 minute cities that I don't doubt will be here before we know it, courtesy of our benificent government!
