The Sykes - Picot line?
No, the Neom futurist linear city.
This report is from October, but I don't doubt they've been forging ahead since.
It presents with undertones of a glossy travelogue / sales pitch, but what else would we expect given the scale of the undertaking?
Strange how they have decided to house the construction workers in a new-build facility that looks remarkably like an old city, with parks, sports pitches and entertainment blocks, but maybe I'm missing something.
Still, when finished, using the inbuilt rail system people will be able to travel from one end of the city to the other in "20 minutes" - although it seems to me that if you want to get off at an intermediate point, at an average speed of 500 km/hr you might have to look slippy when detraining ...
Given the new Marina being constructed, this could well include holiday destinations so far unparalleled. It's not just the Marina - there are associated projects also under construction:
Trojina’s main attraction is its ski slopes. It will also include "a man made freshwater lake, chalets, villas, and luxury hotels with exceptional amenities such as spa and bathhouse, a ski slope roof, and microclimates" ... not to mention the "Ski Village, part of the Fun Cluster and Slope Residences in the Relax Cluster are making great progress, with ongoing basement work and detailed design work".
Also the "next major project is Sindala. A futuristic Megacity is set to open its first destination in 2024 ... This destination will feature a world class yachting area designed by an Italian designer, three mega luxury hotels, a golf course, numerous restaurants, and an upscale retail area called the Village Housing 51 Luxury Retail Outlets ... "
Neither of which developments seem to share Neom's penchant for strictly linear topography.
So will we soon be swapping our fortnight on the Costa del Sol for a long weekend in the longest city on Earth? Place your bets now ...

For those becoming discombobulated by a realisation that our world is not run the way we thought it was, and still coming to terms with the new reality ...
This substack isn't directly applicable but does deal with the writer's approach to the uncertainty involved in dislocation.
"The place I’m in feels liminal; not quite done with the past and not yet having created a new life here"
"the myriad ways in which my body and heart and spirit are supporting me and carrying me onward, if only I can take the time to listen"
"I feel help coming from so many other forces too: particularly from friends; from the trees, the waters and the land I’m on; from the movement of the stars reminding me of deep time and space"
This piece probably isn't for everybody, but if you're prepared to go with the flow, perhaps it may be helpful.

At grave risk of alienating around 90% of my readership ...
... today we explore what may (or may not) be the true nature of our earthly reality.
Certainly in a world in which our mainstream media are adept at misrepresenting reality in order to sway our thinking in directions that our puppeteers wish us to support, reality has been shown in recent years to be elusive.
It's a bit tricky to navigate this topic because it's so difficult (likely impossible) to prove what the true nature of reality may actually be, so ultimately we may have no way to decide one way or another ... but perhaps that is the ultimate challenge?
However we do have a (possibly "the") master "conspiracy theorist" to guide us in our quest, so all is not lost, it merely requires an adjustment to the controls of our mindset. Don't forget, if it all becomes too much, simply hit the STOP button and move on to the next article in our necessarily restricted Free Citizen UK reality - but don't forget that the true reality is still "out there" - or possibly (as some believe) not "out there" at all, but within our own universal consciousness ... and we just need to figure out how to access it ... maybe even to reinvent it ...
Either way, dare to explore!

(Let me start with the customary suggestion - readers are advised to read my other 'Down the Rabbit Hole' titles (use top left Search box), in particular Down the Rabbit Hole - 1, before continuing)
Our regulars will already be familiar with Clif High, a man of remarkable talent, stupendous memory, and somewhat off-the-cuff presentation, and here he is giving us the latest "woo" on the topic of the moon - is it what were led to believe? If not, what is it and what does it do?
Here he talks to Jean Claude (of Beyond Mystic) to bring us up to date with the latest developments:

"The Greatest Show on Earth"
That's some title. Is it deserved?
Honest folk who have begun to feel that the division between real life and Hollywood movies might be wearing a bit thin of late - well, could they really be onto something ..?
This film is made from the viewpoint of the United States, but does it have a wider significance? After all, with the advent of the UN, and more recently the WEF, and more recently still the UN-WEF partnership, to whose pronouncements all western governments now seem to be in thrall ("The Sorcerer's Apprentice" comes to mind!), we could perhaps be forgiven for playing with this preposterous notion ... and there is more, much more.
Worth watching? Well, I would say so.
But it's your perception that counts.
