  • A Short History of (Mostly English) Immigration

    2024-08-15

Well, it depends how far back you want to go...

For the purposes of this article we'll skip over the idea that the "original" immigrants may have been the Trojans, and concentrate on the very recent post WW2 period - a period roughly corresponding with my lifetime, so I know a bit about it.

Not as much however as Andrew Collingwood, who takes us expertly through to the present day on the Daily Sceptic.

  • "NATO Invaded Russia"!

    2024-08-14

These are not the words of just any over-dramatic journalist but of Scott Ritter, possibly the most experienced and level-headed military and geopolitical analyst of our times.

A Russia-NATO war would become WW3 in short order. Mr Putin doesn't have much wriggle-room if he wishes to avoid that outcome.

Ukraine may be NATO's fig-leaf of plausible deniability but Russia knows what's going on.

"Ukraine is dead. Now the question is 'does the West want to die alongside it?' "

  • Is Our Money Safe in the Stocks and Bonds Markets?

    2024-08-13

One way of ensuring that we "will own nothing and be" well, perhaps not exactly "happy" might be to create a "Great Reset" of all the financial markets.

All the "too big to fail" banks (that would have failed) get to "bail in" all their customers' account balances. Corporations who can no longer roll over their loans would be bankrupted and their stock values would evaporate.

Couldn't possibly happen? Well, not one might think within a soundly constructed financial system. But in a fractional reserve system where seemingly everybody relies on never having to meet all of their liabilities simultaneously...

"... how will our politicians react if China... unleashes its currency and demand evaporates from under Western stocks and bonds while the cost of “Made in China” goes through the roof faster than the price of free renewable energy... ?"

    2024-08-12

Paris Olympics over, financial market flash-crash over, US Democratic Party looking to be swirling the plug-hole...

It's an ongoing round-up of the ongoing round-up where nobody quite knows who is who any more. Well, except from a few names at the top of the heap that still seem to have some influence.

  • Crimes Against Humanity vs Genocide?

    2024-08-12

Interest of Justice are nothing if not ambitious - and maybe they have an appropriate jurisdiction in Costa Rica in which to pursue their ambitions.

Taking the United Nations (World Health Organisation) to court is not without its problems - they probably have more money than any possible challenger on earth. They are also well-practised in the dark arts of propaganda, obfuscation, and psychological manipulation over many years, as Climate Change attests.

Still, if somebody is to take on this task, then a maverick outfit like Interest of Justice may be as good as any.

    How would it be done?

  • A Brief Canter Through British History ...

    2024-08-10

A splendid visual review in 3 parts of some of the high points of our constitutional development, up to around the interwar years (and inevitably omitting much else besides).

I look forward to parts 4 onward in due course (!) with enthusiasm, as I feel certain that we cannot ignore our excursion into the EU (and eventually kind-of out of it again), not to mention the pivotal role that we played in world affairs in 20th/21st centuries, nor I suspect can we ignore the implosion of the USA and the resulting fall-out across the globe.

But let's start somewhere near the beginning... Part 1:

  • Ukraine / Israel / Ritter Review

    2024-08-09

Scott Ritter being otherwise preoccupied, it falls to Ambassador Freeman to bring us up to date with the latest conflict situations. Whilst his calm and measured demeanour contrasts sharply with Scott's enthusiasm for his subject, it is neither less authoritative nor fundamentally different.

  • Living the Farming Dream

    2024-08-09

Or tales of a small farmer?

Dr David Bell reviews the state of farming in the UK (and elsewhere) for the Daily Sceptic.

We get few articles about farming anywhere these days, so a good one like this is very welcome. Still, farming being very varied by nature, we need more if the public is to get a better understanding of the primary occupation on which we all rely.

    No farms, no food.

  • Global Planetary Emergency Scheduled for September?

    2024-08-09

But maybe only if enough of us can stay awake through all the turgid hyper-prose that our would-be global rulers have been extruding in ever-increasing ever-confusing and ever-brain-stifling quantities through their self-multiplying self-appointed authority-imitating plethora of brainwashing agencies committees action-groupings climate panels and catastrophe-planning events.

    Should we be worried?

  • PCR Test Must be Stopped from Being Used as a Diagnostic Tool

    2024-08-08

The ball is now in the courts (so to speak) of each nation.

Portugal has already ruled against the test as a diagnostic tool, but was ignored internationally.

The WHO has declined to rule - not surprising since it was their "gold standard" Covid test.

So each nation can have its own court case now.

    The IOJ reports.

  • Health!

    2024-08-08

This video is a bit - well - "American"!

It takes a long time to get started, and being American, the good Doctor tends (to our English ears) to shout a lot, and you have to get past the intros and the "message from our sponsor" etc, but if you can stick with it, his essential message of pH balance is the message that got me out of health troubles twenty odd years ago (I read his book "The pH Miracle" as mentioned, and never looked back. Seriously!).

Even if you can't hack the video, do try the book. It's simple enough.

Another useful book which presents more or less the same basic material (but with vastly more detail) from a different perspective is "Healing is Voltage" by Dr Jerry

  • If you Thought Covid was Bad ... Can We Dodge Monkeypox?

    2024-08-08

    Monkeypox? Really?

Will you accept the WHO narrative that a few odd cases here and there suffIce to declare an Emergency Use Authorisation for an experimental quaxxine that has bypassed all the traditional safety and efficacy trials?

"They are basically saying it’s OK to experiment on you with potentially unsafe products and you will like it"

Are Big Pharma finally running out of money? Will our governments oblige them again with vast purchases of unwanted untested and illegal medical interventions to be force-fed to their unwilling/unwitting populations?

Interests of Justice spill the beans.

  • Far Right on the Rampage?

    2024-08-08

This guy does seem to be in the right ball-park, although I'm not sure that I would agree with everything he says.

A bit of a rant, but he covers a lot of ground. Complex problems are not going to go away just because the government has decided to "get tough", and if we are looking for the government (of whatever stripe) to solve the problems that were created by the government (of whatever stripe) we will wait a long time.

It will be up to us.

  • No Placebo-Controlled Virus Isolation Procedure

    2024-08-08

It is widely accepted that placebo-control is valid for determining the effect of a medical intervention, such as a drug or a vaccine. If a group of patients treated with an intervention fares differently to a similar group treated instead with a placebo, then it may be inferred that the difference (whether better or worse) is likely due to the intervention.

If the intervention group did not exhibit the expected result, then it is reasonable to assume that the intervention does not work as intended.

It is therefore reasonable to suppose that a similar placebo-control method could be used to verify whether the widely-used virus isolation technique, which involves adding a culture which is suspected of harbouring a virus to a cell culture which is supposed to permit the virus to multiply for the purpose of identification and subsequent isolation, would be desirable.

If adding the suspect virus culture to the growth culture does produce a result which

    2024-08-06

Some believe that this film (previously released 2023 as the "Greatest Show on Earth") presents a reasonably accurate depiction of events that are currently coming to some kind of a head in the Middle East...  but which have their genesis in earlier times and which will change our world for ever.

There is a fair amount of supporting evidence for this view both on this site and elsewhere on the net (Rattletrap1776 on Telegram).
