Children's Health Defense publish a cooked-up unscientific risk-benefit analysis for the Pfizer vaccine in 5 - 11 yr olds.

So why should anybody pay attention?

Because the Pfizer-FDA analysis was even less scientific. The entire trial cohort consisted of only 1528 children in the vaccination group and 757 in the placebo group.

Bearing in mind that we are talking of an age range whose risk of serious adverse outcomes from Covid itself is in the region of vanishingly small, this number of trial participants is nowhere near large enough to provide useful data (unless a participant actually dies). Since no participant suffered a severe adverse event we can say (unscientifically) that the incidence of serious adverse events from the vaccine might well be less than 1 in 1500. Although it might also be a bit larger than 1 in 1500, given random

An excellent article in today's Daily Sceptic puts the Scottish Head of Health and Social Care Analysis and Support on the spot by the simple application of logic.

If more people are dying in 2021 than in 2020 (as is reported), then what is the cause?

It seems that that may not be very clear.

We have featured articles from the Daily Exposé previously. It has to be said that they are a bit like the "new kid on the block" and have not yet had a good run to establish the veracity of their reporting, but in my assessment they are not out pf line with reports elsewhere. How much credence you choose to give them is up to you, but I think that these two articles are worth consideration.

The first is all about the waning efficacy of the jabs. This is no longer particularly controversial per se, although some might choose to challenge the detail, which is claimed to be sourced from publications of PHE, or the UK Health Security Agency as we must apparently now call them (is that because we have to be encouraged to always obey the "security agencies" that are charged to look after us?).

This article is by "a concerned reader" (and we must remember that in these contentious times a great many such may prefer anonymity in order to retain their livelihoods).

HART (The Health Advisory & Recovery Team) reviews the FDA's recent decision to issue an EUA (emergency use authorisation) for the Pfizer Covid19 vaccine in 5 to 11 yr olds.

They compare the hypothetical expected rates of ICU admissions and deaths from Covid against the expected risks of Myocarditis as a result of vaccination.

The trial investigation was of course run by the vaccine manufacturer Pfizer. There is no indication that it was independently supervised or audited. Indeed, the published reasoning includes these caveats:

"A descriptive efficacy analysis was also based on this cohort; at the time of this Briefing Document was prepared, FDA has not fully verified the underlying data or Pfizer-BioNTech’s conclusions from this analysis"

"Data verification is in process, but not yet finished at the time this briefing book was completed"

The Mail Online has reviewed the daily case rates and death rates across the USA, with specific mention of the two opposing camps - liberal Florida where governor DeSantis refused to clamp down, and California where governor Newsom imposed some of the harshest measures of any state.

The result? Florida did better than most, although the pattern of deaths differs from state to state and the overall result taken in aggregate is not stunningly conclusive. The best that can probably be said is that the harsh measures taken to suppress the virus were probably not much different to inconsequential overall.

In the recent past there have been reports that Covid vaccine effectiveness has become negative in certain situations. 

Indeed the official insistence that people should line up for jab nbr 3 "booster" would rather seem to be consistent with the notion that two jabs don't cut it.

Of course, "effective" may mean "protects against catching it / spreading it" and/or "protects against severe disease". That distinction is not trivial, since if the vaccinated can still catch and spread it then the much-mooted vaccine passports would become ineffective but by no means inconsequential.
