Further to our previous report on this Bill, the Together Association has has been able to get barrister Francis Hoar to draft and submit written evidence to the House of Commons Committee on the Online Safety Bill.

His evidence is forensic, a model of clarity of thought and exposition, and damning.

American history is littered with events large and small including political assassinations (JFK being the most notorious), Unidentified Flying Objects (or Unexplained Aerial Phenomena as we must now call them), unexplained crashed phenomena (AKA Roswell), alleged false flag events (most notoriously 9/11), and much else that defies agreed explanation. 

That's a pretty broad spectrum of alleged phenomena, linked only by the inability of the various concerned parties to agree on their true nature.

Lawyer Aaron Siri (who has been known to work for ICAN (Informed Consent Action Network) in the past) reports on the latest legal ruling requiring the FDA to release "all the data submitted by Pfizer to license its Covid-19 vaccine".

The FDA having previously lost the battle to keep this data secret, had then declared that it needed around 75 years in order to fully release this information.

The court however has taken a different view and given them less than one hundredth of the time that the FDA claimed to need, meaning that instead of producing the information at 500 pages per 30 days, it must now produce 55,000 pages in that time-frame, thus completing the task within one year.

Given this volume of data it's clearly a miracle that the FDA were able to read, understand, and determine whether the Pfizer data warranted the grant of the Emergency Use application at the time of their original deliberations. I take my hat off to

So is the new chairman taking steps to root out disinformation and conspiracy theories from the BBC output, and worried about the ever-growing proposals that would reclassify free speech as hate speech and thus effectively censor it, further restricting the BBC's journalistic licence to bully their interviewees both mercilessly and ineffectually?

Well, I suppose it depends whom you ask. No doubt if the chairman found any such undesirable output being put out by the BBC he would put a stop to it, but as always it comes down to who decides which output qualifies. Perhaps the chairman has a view on this.

Obviously the Regulator would set the overall standard and the tone, and the chairman would like better regulation (although he may not be specifically aiming at the BBC here, which by definition must already be beyond reproach).

Of course the unasked question is "who will regulate the regulator?", and that's because it must obviously be Parliament. Or the
