Well, that didn't last long did it?

All nicely tied up to Putin's undoubted satisfaction - game set and match I would suggest.

Can we believe what we are being told in the papers?

Russia weak, his generals outclassed, his defence minister out of his depth (Heavens above! - are we sure they aren't projecting too much from EU experience?).

One thing we really ought to have learned from recent years is that we can't take anything we are being told at face value.

"Did Putin bribe Prigozhin to back down?" was one headline I noticed this morning. That idea is just so risible I don't know were to start.

So let's look at it from a different point of view. Instead of thinking "East vs West" "Russia vs Ukraine" lets consider it from the point of view of "the people vs the WEF-UN partnership", or "Humanity vs the Deep State".

We know that the WEF-UN has its place-men in every country. A young Putin himself was supposed to be one of Klaus Schwab's putative "global leaders".

And it isn't difficult to believe that the 2014 Maidan revolution (which in retrospect set Ukraine on the path to western biolabs, involvement in Biden family alleged corruption, and finally war) was a product of those who want to destabilise Russia, ultimately collapse it, then move in and pick up the spoils (as Black Rock seems to be poised to do in the Ukraine).

Putin was having none of it, hence his preemptive move into the Ukraine with his military.

But Russia like all countries still has its WEF-UN traitors in its midst, waiting for the destabilisation to make their moves. So what better plan than to cook up an insurrection with his loyal buddie Prigozhin that threatens Russia's heart in Moscow, an insurrection that could not succeed without defections from Russia's armed forces (defections that were apparently reported but in retrospect didn't seem to actually occur) thus flushing out some of those UN-WEF sleepers?

Putin has been playing a long game, he is popular, Russia's economy (thanks to western sanctions!) is comparatively very strong, and he has growing international alliances (BRICS and more) - he is ideally placed to weather any minor disruption.

Now he could be better placed than ever.

Of course, we can all be wrong, and at this stage the truth is unknowable. But somehow the psy-op theme seems more or less all-pervasive these days.
