The Global Warming Policy Forum press release puts the case, and restates the reason:
"despite yearly UN climate conferences it is now beyond doubt that renewable energy policies have failed to halt or slow the relentless rise in global CO2 emissions"
"these policies have only destroyed industry in the West and exported production and their CO2 emissions to areas still using low cost fossil fuels, such as China. The conclusion is obvious. Climate policies are failing not because of a lack of political will, but because the technologies selected are extortionately expensive and ineffective"
In fact, these policies were designed to fail, and fail they have in climate terms.
The Campaign for an Independent Britain reinforces the point.
But it was never about "Climate Change".
This becomes obvious when we read this article from Independence Daily - I'd like to think that it is a spoof - the facts are so ridiculous - but sadly I fear that it isn't. The very fact that they expect us to believe any of this is testament to their low opinion of the British population.
With hindsight, it is possible to see that Climate Change was and still is about de-industrialising the West and boosting the Chinese and eastern economies whilst weakening western economies. If it were not so, we would have decarbonised our home industries instead of exporting them elsewhere, where they would continue to belch CO2.
Given what we now know, one might reasonably suspect that it was about saving the one major surviving Communist regime, China, with a view to using it as a springboard to impose dictatorial government upon the whole world, via the good offices of the unelected world-government-in-waiting, the United Nations and its controlled entities the I.P.C.C. and the W.H.O.
In cooperation with the Mafia racketeers in the US government and elsewhere, it was thought that this combination would prove to be unstoppable in imposing a New World Order ("you will own nothing and be happy") through lies, deceit, and propaganda on a global scale never seen before in the history of the world.
Welcome to the impending denouement, and hopefully utter collapse, of this unspeakable enterprise.
