Postmaster General Lays it Out for the Military - Endless Wars Ended?
92024-06-23
This outlines the legal reasons why those who have taken the "Jesuit Oath" are effectively released from it.
This is deep legalese, which will not be to the taste of many (and may be understood by even fewer!) but the implication is that oaths previously taken to the occult powers are null and void.
My interpretation - this is the final warning to those in the military hierarchy who do not protect the Republic of the United States of America, and the peoples of the world in other theatres of military operation.
If you think this is all incomprehensible mumbo-jumbo, do watch the second video below to the end!
It's a fantastic story of investigation, planning, and daring execution which may be told for ever more to our children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren...

When is a "Vaccine" not a Vaccine?
2024-06-17
A bit late to argue the toss on this one perhaps, but better late than never.
And a US court has effectively now tossed the notion that the Covid jabs were ever "vaccines" in the normally accepted sense of the word, despite attempts to redefine the said word during the "pandemic".
Is the Covid scam finally beginning to fall officially apart?

Palnackie Legal Update - May 2024
2024-05-26
The legal case surmounts a hurdle - in which jurisdiction should this case be tried?
Previous find reports here.
It's a legally complex case involving several jurisdictions, so this High Court judgement is a welcome clarification which should make matters much simpler.

Conflict of Interest? How Old-Fashioned
2024-05-18
As if we didn't know it in our hearts already, but kudos to DR CARL HENEGHAN AND DR TOM JEFFERSON for spelling it out for the Daily Sceptic.
Some of he highest medical advisers in the land seem to have some little (or not so little) financial support from one part of Big Pharma or another, even though (or perhaps because) they are supposedly working in the public interest.
I would bet that they are a long way from being the only public officials charged with supporting our medical safety who have such financial links, whether disclosed or not.
Not to mention media presenters...

Come the Revolution, What to Do and How to Do It?
2024-05-15
Martin Geddes has been contemplating the incoming Greater Reset.
Well, it is abundantly clear that somebody needs to, and would we trust the current incumbents at Westminster anywhere near the fabled levers of power ever again? It's a reasonable expectation that many of the extant people posing as authorities will be removed as being part of the problem, so cannot preside over the solution.
My first comment is that since the US military seems to have us all under (so far undeclared) martial law, the initial take-down of the criminal elements of the establishment must be conducted by the military themselves in accordance with the military laws in effect.
Why are we in the UK talking about the US military?
Because this revolution is not local

"This is Not Another Four Year Election"
2024-05-01
I believe that that statement was uttered by "the Donald" on taking office in 2016. Well he was right, it has been almost eight years since he made that statement, and whilst lots of water has flowed beneath the bridge since then, "we the people" seem to be still saddled with the seemingly ever more incompetent (some would say venal) bunch of politicians that we have always had to endure since time immemorial.
So this is the presentation that explains exactly why it has taken so long, put together by a couple of self-taught experts (one military legal, one financial) who know their onions. It's not rocket science, but it does take some concentration to track the thread.
And yes, there's a lot of moving parts to this operation.
The result? It's back to basics... and let justice be done though the heavens fall!

Barnet Council Street Lights in the Bin?
2024-04-30
Whilst I wouldn't ever share David Kurten's enthusiasm for the old-fashioned monochrome sodium lamps which made everything look strangely flat, this legal case does seem to set a precedent against the recently introduced LED streetlights (this is not legal advice).
If you don't like the new LED streetlighting which was installed a few years ago across the realm, or if they are hard on your eyesight, it seems that there really are medical and maybe now legal grounds for having them removed.

Down the Rabbit Hole with Michael O'Bernicia
2024-04-24
Love him or hate him, or merely unsure about him, Michael has an extraordinary story to tell.
It's so far-fetched as to be dismissable as unbelievable, yet... could it be true?
It's a bit slow to start, but if you want another slant on who controls the world and how they do it, you could do worse than start here.
If you want to understand what has motivated and enabled the global power pyramid throughout history, you might start here.
Amazingly, it's also true that if you want to know how he is setting about remodelling the world as it should look, once our current corrupt power structure has been dealt with by whatever means (yes, he has ideas on that too), you should also start here.

EU Introduces AI Protection Act
2024-04-11
"Other countries including the UK cannot ignore it. As with GDPR rules, the Act includes proposed regulations that organisations will need to comply with, in order to do business with the EU"
“The UK remains an active member of the European Standardisation Organisations, and a number of senior BCS volunteers are providing leadership and technical guidance in establishing the state of the art both in Europe and on the international stage”
So there you have it - the first steps to legislate for the use of AI in Europe, and I'm sure that the UK will follow suit in due course.
(Summary article provided courtesy of the British Computer Society, which back in the day was instrumental in guiding the introduction of GDPR legislation for the protection of the

Who Is "TV Licensing"?
2024-04-11
Yes, it's Martin Geddes vs. whomever is "TV Licensing", which appears to be a simple question that ought to be perfectly simple to determine. The fact that it isn't is cause for serious concern (given that it probably affects the majority of households in the land) but not apparently to all legal beagles of the justice system.
Martin now brings us up to date on the status of his case for payment by "TV Licensing" under his legal contract to provide them with correspondence services of which they have availed themselves. Yes, it's a case of who the heck is "TV Licensing" anyway, if anybody?

Did you think that forced jabs were a thing of the past?
Think again.
This legal case illustrates a great deal about our relationship with the State.
There is so much wrong with this that one hardly knows where to start, and bear in mind that the Covid jabs still have Emergency Use Authorisation - but where is now the emergency?
In what way will this lawsuit benefit anybody, anybody at all?

Is the UK Government Knowingly Supporting Genocide in Gaza?
2024-03-31
The Guardian reports that legal advice to the government has been given that the Israeli actions in Gaza breach international law...
"... according to a leaked recording obtained by the Observer"
“I remain convinced the government has completed its updated assessment on whether Israel is demonstrating a commitment to international humanitarian law, and that it has concluded that Israel is not demonstrating this commitment... "
If this is true it may go some way to explain the recent vote by the UK at the UN Security Council for an immediate ceasefire to lead to negotiations on a permanent cessation of hostilities.

The Lawfare vs The Trump

I don't normally post stuff from the USA that isn't both firm news (as against speculation, however well-founded) and likely important to the UK. OK, that's a very fuzzy line and I'm sure I don't alwaysget it right, but it helps keep this site focused on news rather than speculation.
(Yes, we do speculation too, when it might be something important that we don't normally consider!)
This is such a good and brief account of the Donald's New York prosecution that I waive my usual reticence.

Geddes Grinds the Traffic Tribunals
2024-03-23
Martin shares with us his latest broadside against the Traffic Tribunals system and Transport for London (see his previous notes here).
At the heart of this case is the notion that "traffic tribunals" operate as kangaroo courts outside the justice system and in so doing may ignore both the statute book and constitutional law.
Today's broadside is a legal notice to either come clean or pay up. They have a limited time to respond.
