Legal Legal Legal Repeal

  • Is Britain a Lawless Kingdom?

    2023-06-13

Retired copper Mark Sexton, ably supported by some honest lawyers, is well on the way to proving the point, although he isn't quite there yet.

Of course, the opportunities afforded by our justice system for procrastination delay (and the heaping of massive costs upon the unwary) being legendary, this may yet take some time...  but (up to a point) "patience is a virtue".

"... a long line of cases shows that it is not merely of some importance but is of fundamental importance that justice should not only be done, but should manifestly and undoubtedly be seen to be done" -Lord Chief Justice Hewart 1924

In a case as huge as this, "justice must be seen to be done".

It is surely no exaggeration to suppose that the future of our country is at stake here.

  • Satanism Means The Inversion of Everything

    2023-06-07

Satanic or not, our institutions of State are increasingly being seen as working in the interests of somebody else other than the people.

Even in Parliament, "our" MPs have almost to a man refused to listen to Andrew Bridgen when he sought to highlight the plight of those injured by the mRNA jabs. That by itself is quite extraordinary.

Even though it has always been acknowledged (and still is in words) that vaccines can have adverse effects, the MHRA has made no discernible effort to monitor and report on the extent and nature of these adverse effects, even though these vaccines implement previously untried technology and did not undergo the extended safety trials that were required of all previous vaccines.

The opportunity for error was at once obvious, also apparently discounted for no reason. These facts are indisputable.

If Parliament is broken, then so is our country.

  • Dr Reiner Fuellmich Strikes Down Under

    2023-06-02

A New Zealand Maori Court seems an unlikely venue for holding the Deep State operatives to account, but in the world of legal precedent this may be seen as an opportunity.

Step 1 - Assert their authority as the Maori nation (Declaration of Independence 1835)

Step 2 - Prosecute the miscreants on the merits of the case

  • The Murky Waters of Council Tax "Liability Orders"

    2023-05-25

The Martin Geddes Council Tax saga takes another turn around the vortex.

Is this a "steady eddy", or is it liable to collapse one way or the other?

Martin takes time out to regale us with the latest (not entirely fulsome) data request response from the man from the ministry.

  • A Taxing Correspondence - Continued

    2023-05-23

Martin Geddes is in dispute with Durham County Council over the alleged debt that he owes them in respect of Council Tax unpaid.

He is chronicling his challenge to this allegation.

    Previous episode here.

In response to his FOIA enquiry as to whether they have a policy document which describes how correspondence to the chief executive is handled, they have become all coy and uncooperative, producing all manner of diversionary reasons why they can't answer this simple question.

This is entertaining, provided only that it is happening to somebody else.

Do they advance good reasons for denying his request, or is there something else going on here?

  • When is a Virus Not a Virus?

    2023-05-22

Challenge everything. If it stands up, believe it (until it falls down!). If it collapses, discard it.

That's roughly what we all have to do these days if we want to understand what's going on in our benighted world.

I have long suspected (proof is one thing, working assumption another) that the Covid-19 SARS-COV2 never existed, because if it did exist there would have been no need to design a test that was fairly obviously unscientific and prone to false positives.

Many go further and assert that no "viruses" exist as infectious disease-causing agents. I don't have any personal view on that except to remark that such a position is merely a very short step away from saying that SARS-COV2 - whatever it may be - is not a disease-causing agent. If "they" would lie about one virus then "they" would lie

  • Primary Legislation Could be Useful

    2023-05-15

Another Richard Vobes interview, this time with Canadian Stan McDonald.

    This is not legal advice!

But it does identify some avenues for investigation to determine the validity of the various legislative measures that are being rolled out globally in the name of "saving the planet".

  • New Protest Measures - Public Order Act 2023

    2023-05-15

This exposition is produced by Liberty and summarises what they see as the implications of the new Public Order Act 2023

I'm sure that here will be many people on both sides of this issue - those that feel that traditional protest is being shut down, and those that feel that some protests have gone much too far in terms of the disruption to public life.

I guess that as always, the devil will be in the detail. Nevertheless, with public protests on a number of very serious matters a fact of life these days, it is necessary to inform ourselves on the issues.

  • A Reminder of How We Got Here

    2023-05-12

This film is four years old.

We have featured it before, but given current developments I consider it appropriate to feature it again.

It recounts the transition of the British Empire from a territorial empire into a financial empire.

It is a financial empire that forms a major part (perhaps the major part) of the nexus of financial institutions that has morphed into the web of central banks, global financial institutions, charitable foundations, NGOs, think tanks, etc which all tend to be based within and around previous British colonies.

  • Is the Pretendency Going Down?

    2023-05-12

This is a bit rambling over the introductions for my taste, but Mike Gill explaining the Pandora Papers is the substance and it doesn't disappoint. Not only that, he takes it slowly enough to make it comprehensible to those unfamiliar with the integration between the government agencies and financial corruption.

It starts with the routine mortgage scams that seem to endemic in the western world, but it moves on to how the corruption works at the highest level.

  • UK Column News Wed 10th May 2023

    2023-05-10

Much extraordinary information here, British involvement in Ukraine, simmering dissatisfaction in the EU, and outrageous kids sex education battles in Wales, which is in effect spearheading the resistance for the whole of the UK. The UK public need to be aware. Just for starters.

Followed by fake nursing qualifications... and "medical doctor apprenticeships" for school leavers... plus more Covid vaccines...  and some notes about the coronation.

  • UK - Empire of the Unlawful

    2023-05-09

Is it lawful to mount a peaceful protest at the Coronation against the monarchy?

After all, free speech is still at least nominally permitted, even if not exactly encouraged.

Yet on Saturday, the plod confiscated banners and detained suspects before any protest had even commenced, reportedly despite the protest being previously cleared with the police.

"Today the BBC reports that the police have apologised personally to Graham Smith. He has not accepted their apology"

    Nor should he.

The police have form in the area of detaining people with the effect (intended or otherwise) of preventing perfectly lawful activity, only to release them without charge once the opportunity for such activity has passed.

Does that not amount to unlawful imprisonment? Maybe harassment? In this case it's certainly prima facie bad

  • Furore over Precision Breeding

    2023-04-30

"Precision Breeding" wasn't a term that sprang readily to mind last year. The uninformed may find themselves struggling slightly to disinter the proper meaning, which is probably why the term was chosen, in place of "GM but not really GM" or some other such verbiage.

Yes, what it seems to amount to is GM with a new label. Actually, GM without any label so as not to cause unnecessary alarm to the shopper. Because it's not supposed to be as bad as GM, it's not supposed to need any special consumer labelling. We don't need to worry our poor little heads about it.

Of course it's not the same as GM, otherwise it would need labelling, it's just GM that could have been (but wasn't) produced by selective breeding, using natural techniques such as cross-breeding and selection that have been practised for years. So that's all right then?

Well, maybe, maybe not. As so often it comes down to

  • Council Tax Wars

    2023-04-24

Martin Geddes' continuing battle to expose the alleged illegality of council tax demands continues...

A somewhat testy response from the anonymous council servant is reported - yes, it's a war of attrition that most of us (myself included) simply don't have time for, but hey - someone has to do it!

Indeed, everybody can do something, however small or apparently insignificant, to reclaim our right to individual free thought, free speech, and free action within the law.

  • The Ten Rules of Commerce

    2023-04-19

Since just about everything somehow seems to be reduced to "commerce" these days, these rules could be important!

I am no lawyer so I cannot and will not offer legal advice, but I found this presentation interesting, as it offers a number of principles that seem to make sense of how the legal systems work.

  • The Modern Goon Show Isn't Funny

    2023-04-16

The Mafia State depends upon (a) appearing to be supportive and helpful (b) cloaking itself in legalese and looking "lawful" (c) making it difficult to unravel the multiplicity of complexity behind which it hides.

We see this at all levels from the UN down to local council level, Parliaments not excluded.

  • Richard Investigates Community Assembly

    2023-04-15

Yes, Richard Vobes is pulling out all the important issues - so yes, whilst he does that I will feature his work!

"Community" is a multifaceted word much banded about these days - and true to form, this interview is indeed multifaceted (and consequently long!).

To whet your appetite: "Cornwall is not part of the UK" !

(OK, that's not central to the presentation, but it does grab attention)

"... you don't need to know it, you just need to know where to find the answers"
