It should be noted that Robin Tilbrook is the motive force behind the English Democrats political party.

I think he makes a great deal of sense except when it comes to setting up a separate parliament for England - we need additional parliaments like we need a hole in the head!

That said, anybody who can assist in driving a wedge into the current two-party system makes tactical voting an attractive possibility ...
